Terms of use for the CyberGuard AI platform, operated under the Segurança Contra IA brand.

Purpose

A plataforma fornece avaliação automatizada de segurança de superfície dos actives que o cliente cadastrar, geração de relatórios e histórico de avaliações. Services técnicos especializados (pentest, resposta a incidentes, forense) são contratados à parte, com escopo próprio.

Authorized Use

The client declares to be the owner or have express authorization from the owner of each domain, IP, or registered service. Pointing the platform at third-party targets is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance results in immediate suspension and liability under Law 12.737/2012 and the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet).

Assessment Limits

A avaliação é passiva: consulta DNS, certificado, headers HTTP, arquivos comumente expostos e ports conhecidas. Não há exploração de falhas, injeção de carga, força bruta ou tentativa de acesso indevido. O resultado reflete o momento da execução e não constitui garantia de segurança absoluta.

Plans e pagamento

O plano gratuito permite uma avaliação inicial. Plans pagos são mensais e renovam automaticamente até cancelamento. O não pagamento suspende o monitoramento e o acesso aos relatórios novos.

Responsibility

The platform provides technical diagnostics and recommendations. The execution of fixes is the responsibility of the client and their vendors. We are not liable for damages resulting from unpatched vulnerabilities, unauthorized changes made by third parties, or the downtime of external services.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be requested at any time through our support channel, taking effect in the next billing cycle. Assessment data can be exported prior to termination and is deleted 90 days after cancellation, unless legal retention obligations apply.
