How we handle personal data on the CyberGuard AI platform, in compliance with LGPD.

Data We Collect

Registration data (name, email, phone, company, CNPJ), platform usage data, and the results of assessments for registered domains. Assessments do not read internal system content, databases, or the client's private files.

Purpose and Legal Basis

We process data to perform the contract, comply with legal obligations, and, when applicable, based on legitimate interest for information security.

Sharing

We do not sell data. We only share it with providers essential to the operation (hosting, payment, email delivery), under contract and for a limited purpose.

Retention

Assessment results remain available as long as the account exists. Upon cancellation, they are deleted within up to 90 days, barring legal obligation or regular exercise of rights.

Data subject rights

The data subject may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion of data via the contact email. We respond within up to 15 days.

Security
